Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer insurance?
Tri-Town Self Storage has insurance on the storage units themselves.  We do not insure your contents.  We recommend that you add the contents of your storage unit to your home owners or renter’s insurance policy.  If you do not have homeowners or renters insurance then you can self insure your items which means you take sole responsibility for them without formal insurance.  If you are storing a vehicle, please tell your insurance company that you are storing the vehicle in a self storage unit.
