Tri-Town Self Storage has insurance on the storage units themselves. We do not insure your contents. We recommend that you add the contents of your storage unit to your home owner's or renter’s insurance policy. Your items are self-insured, which means you take sole responsibility for them whether or not you have formal insurance. If you are storing a vehicle, please tell your insurance company that you are storing the vehicle in a self storage unit.
Most of our units are 8 feet high. We have a few units that are slightly higher.
No, we do not charge a security deposit. We do charge a one-time, nonrefundable $15 administration fee when you open the unit.
Yes, we can send a monthly statement to you. We can also email a statement to you at no additional charge. If you would like to have a statement mailed to you, it will cost an additional $1.00 per month.
All rent payments are due on the 1st of the month, for the coming month. For example, April rent is due on April 1st.
The second month is prorated if you plan on staying in the unit for the balance of your second month. The last month’s rent is not prorated.
